2)Enable USB Debugging in your android phone by going in setting>application>usb debugging
3)Then Open run.bat file inside the downloaded zip file and follow the steps in that screen.

In some case you may message like link access failed and your rooting process is failed in such case Just downgrade your mobile software.(I also did this myself and it worked)
Process:
1)Download your official firmware if your country is not listed (NEPAL) then download India's
2)Then download KDZ flasher
And run it
after that your options should be 3GQCT and DIAG
then just choose your .kdz (firmware file) and Click LAUNCH SOFTWARE UPDATE.
Then Wait some time in middle the process will act as pause don't do anything just leave it and after 5-10 minutes you will have your firmware downgraded then factory reset your mobile phone and repeat that rooting process.
